• Pay Rate: £14.85 + Holiday Pay
• Service Type: 68-bed men's hostel providing 24/7 specialist support

About the Service: This hostel supports men with a range of complex needs including substance misuse, mental health challenges, rough sleeping history, criminal justice involvement, and self-care difficulties. The service provides high-quality accommodation-based support with the aim of helping residents stabilise and move towards greater independence.

The Complex Needs Project Worker is a specialist position focused on engaging individuals who may be harder to reach or support. The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Build strong professional relationships with residents with multiple disadvantages
• Provide person-centred and trauma-informed support
• Work within a psychologically informed environment (PIE) framework
• Support residents to develop life skills and progress towards independent living
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies

• Homelessness / supported housing services
• Working with complex needs clients
• Mental health and/or substance misuse support
• Trauma-informed practice
