Gap Personnel is recruiting for a Housing & Support Area Manager in Swindon SN25. The role is 40 hours per week, temporary to permanent after 12 weeks, with an on‑call rota and a driving requirement.
You will oversee a Housing Standards team, coordinate staff, and drive client resettlement and support outcomes. You will work with clients facing homelessness and complex needs, collect monitoring data, and report to management.
