32.5 hours per week

Female applicants only - in line with a genuine occupational requirement

This role requires staff to:
  • Be the main contact working with the service and the Team Leader
  • Work in partnership with and promote positive relationships with families, friends, and other professionals.
  • Mentor new staff through their induction programme and support the Team Leader with competencies where necessary.
  • Ensure the service provided fully reflects the needs and wishes of those it supports through ongoing person-centred planning.
Essential skills required:
  • Flexibility to work across the week and alternate weekends.
  • Basic IT skills including using Microsoft Word and email.
  • Full UK manual driver’s license desired not essential.
  • Lead Support experience not absolutely essential, but willingness to learn, an empathetic outlook and a sense of humour are of utmost importance.
