Swindon Borough Council is seeking a Quality Assurance Reviewing Officer to provide independent oversight of safeguarding practice across children in care, child protection and fostering. The role supports a family safeguarding model and focuses on driving service improvement through high-quality reviews.
You will work within a multi-disciplinary framework, ensuring statutory compliance, promoting strengths-based practice and innovative approaches to safeguarding at scale in Swindon.
