Job Description

A leading specialist provider is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join their team at a stunning rural estate in the Towy Valley. This is a full‑time, permanent position offering an enriching opportunity to support young adults with complex additional learning needs and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents in their daily activities, promoting independence and self‑advocacy
  • Lead by example in a warm, sociable environment where residents, staff, and volunteers share meals and socialise
  • Assist with practical tasks and encourage residents to develop life skills
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and family‑like atmosphere within the residential setting
  • Participate in a variety of shifts across a 40‑hour week, including evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins as required
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary; full training provided
  • Kind, patient, and practical approach to care
  • Excellent communication skills and a consistent, reliable manner
  • Ability to work flexible shifts across the week
  • Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
