Caerphilly County Borough Council Youth Service is expanding targeted support for young people who may be experiencing vulnerabilities, including homelessness risk. You will build positive relationships, deliver early interventions and help young people access support in outreach settings, schools and with partners.
The role focuses on homelessness awareness, education and prevention activities, helping young people gain skills for independent futures within a strong network of professionals.
