Initial Response - Children's Social Worker

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Initial Response Children's Social Worker to join a dedicated team based on the Isle of Man. • Manage a varied caseload of children and families.
• Complete assessments and child protection enquiries.
• Respond to referrals and identify safeguarding concerns.
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals.
• Develop and implement effective intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate case records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure children and families receive timely and appropriate support.

• Recognised Social Work qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience within Children's Services.
• Experience with in a UK or British Isles statutory setting.
• Strong safeguarding, assessment, and report-writing skills.
• Commitment to relocating to the Isle of Man.

• Competitive salary of £50,526 - £58,786 per annum.
