Nonstop Consulting is recruiting for a Children & Young People Support Lead to join a growing independent fostering agency. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people, working closely with foster carers and professionals to help achieve positive outcomes.

• Provide one-to-one support to children and young people.
• Monitor education, health, and care plans.
• Complete regular visits and maintain accurate records.
• Organise activities, events, and participation groups.
• Work closely with foster carers and partner agencies.
• Support compliance and service quality.

• Experience working with children and young people in fostering, social care, education, or a similar setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends.
