Location: Dolwyddelan
St Giles Trust is recruiting a Personal Wellbeing Coach to oversee delivery of wellbeing services for referrals from Wales Probation Service. You will assess, plan and deliver person-centered support, working with a multi-agency team to achieve contractual outcomes.
The role requires trauma-informed approaches, strong IT and relationship-building skills, and experience engaging with challenging clients within the criminal justice system.
