Integrated Well-being Networks have been implemented across Gwent to improve well-being through community-based, place-focused approaches. They form a key part of the whole-system transformation set out in the Welsh Government’s long-term plan for health and social care.

As Community Involvement Officer you will support the development of Caerphilly’s place-based well-being approach – strengthening local networks, engaging partners, and working with community assets to promote well-being for all.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post;
Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

You will have a passion for working with people and empowering them to achieve their goals. You will be able to build strong, positive and long-lasting relationships that lead towards better well-being for all. You will be motivated, organised, proactive and a confident communicator.
