Children's Therapeutic Residential Support Specialist
Amegreen Children’s Services is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a trauma-informed team providing day-to-day care for children and young people across our homes in rural West Berkshire and Hampshire. You will work a shift rota that includes days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
You’ll build trust with young people, support routines and help them develop life skills and independence, while collaborating with families and professionals to safeguard wellbeing.
