Senior Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Lead Schools
Compass Therapeutic Services seeks a Senior Therapeutic Pastoral Lead to ensure consistency across AHCT Education settings. You will supervise up to 6 TPLs, provide supervision and face-to-face visits, and work systemically with Education Service to deliver outstanding therapeutic interventions for young people.
The role requires trauma expertise, strong leadership, and ability to travel for visits. A driving licence is essential and willingness to stay away from home occasionally.
