Apple Orchard, five children’s homes in Surrey and West Sussex, supports boys aged 12–18 in calm, therapeutic settings where they can feel safe and understood. You’ll help with daily routines, build confidence and life skills, and be a consistent, positive role model.
We offer full induction, ongoing training, a funded Level 3 qualification, and a competitive salary up to £32,623.97 with sleep‑in allowances. A full UK driving licence and vehicle access are preferred due to rural locations.
