We are seeking an expert-level (P4) Custom Software Engineer to join a critical project within the Public Sector. This role focuses on developing high-performing, scalable iOS solutions using modern frameworks and Agile methodologies. As a subject matter expert, you will drive technical decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure the seamless integration of complex components across multiple teams.

• Design, code, and enhance custom iOS applications using modern frameworks (Swift/Swift
  
  UI).
• Act as a subject matter expert, leading team decisions and providing solutions to complex problems across multiple work streams.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high engineering standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software that meets specific user requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring junior team members.

• Expert Proficiency:
  Apple iOS Application Development (Swift/Swift
  
  UI).
• Advanced Proficiency:
  Custom Application Development and Software Design/Architecture.
• Security Clearance:
  Active SC Clearance is mandatory for this position.
• Deep understanding of Software Engineering best practices and scalable solution design.
