Salesforce Developer – Salesforce Core & Salesforce Industries; Vlocity

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Core and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) to design, develop, and optimize scalable enterprise solutions tailored to evolving business needs.

• Design and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce Core and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
• Develop Omni Studio components including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors/Data Mappers, and Flex Cards.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Configure and optimize Vlocity CPQ including Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), product modeling, pricing rules, promotions, and guided selling.
• Implement and manage Vlocity Order Management including order capture, decomposition, orchestration, and fulfillment lifecycle.

• Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., Mule Soft, Boomi).
• Build high-performance Integration Procedures for real-time and batch integrations.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable data flows across enterprise systems.

• Optimize Salesforce and Omni Studio solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Implement AI-enabled automation and intelligent process enhancements where applicable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Core development experience.
• 1+ years of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) experience including Omni Studio, CPQ, and Order Management.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Hands-on expertise in OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors/Data Mappers, and Flex Cards.
• Experience configuring and optimizing Vlocity CPQ including Enterprise Product Catalog and pricing frameworks.
• Experience implementing Vlocity Order Management including decomposition and orchestration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware.

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Omni Studio Developer, or Salesforce Industries Consultant.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops tools and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Copado, Azure Dev Ops).
• Industry experience in telecommunications, energy, or insurance sectors.
