Ruby on Rails Developer (Mid-Senior Opportunities) | Remote (once a week in Brighton) | 4 day working week | Up to £100k + package
We're working with an established and profitable SaaS company that has been building market-leading software for over a decade. With thousands of customers worldwide and a strong reputation in its sector, the business has grown sustainably without external investment, creating a stable and supportive environment for engineers who want to focus on building great products rather than chasing aggressive growth targets.
This is an opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative engineering team where your ideas will be heard, your work will have a direct impact, and you'll be trusted to take ownership of meaningful projects.
