Inta People is partnering with a Cardiff fintech scaleup to hire an Engineering Team Lead for the Java stack. The role combines people leadership with hands-on coding when required, and focuses on growing a high-performing team in a hybrid Cardiff office.
You will manage 6-8 engineers, drive milestones, and contribute to greenfield projects using Java, Spring Boot, React, Postgres, and AWS. A clear progression path to Engineering Manager is available.
