PL​/SQL Developer (Oracle & IBM DataStage

London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
6 Month Contract
470 per day (Inside IR35)

We're looking for an experienced PL/SQL Developer with strong Oracle and IBM Data Stage expertise to join a technology team delivering enterprise-scale data integration projects within a highly regulated environment.

• Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures and database objects.
• Design, build and support ETL solutions using IBM Data Stage.
• Develop scalable data integration and transformation processes.
• Optimise SQL queries and ETL performance.
• Support data quality, reconciliation and production issues.
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Produce technical documentation and contribute to development best practices.

• Strong commercial experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Proven IBM Data Stage ETL development experience.
• Strong SQL development and performance tuning skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise data integration solutions.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with in Financial Services or another regulated industry.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of data governance, CI/CD and Dev Ops practices.
