The Role As Software Development Team Lead, you will lead a small, multi-skilled development team responsible for building and enhancing complex, business-critical software products. The technology environment includes C#, C++ and Unity. You do not need experience with all three technologies, but you must have strong, recent hands-on commercial experience with at least two of them. The software involves mathematically complex functionality, so experience developing algorithms, statistical models, simulations or other maths-led applications will be particularly important.
