We are looking for a talented Kotlin Developer to join a dynamic Developer Experience (DevX) Standards & Controls team. You'll play a key role in building and enhancing platforms that enable engineering teams and control owners to manage and monitor compliance with software development standards and controls.

, while contributing to innovative proof-of-concept solutions and business-critical platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain Kotlin and Java-based applications and APIs.
• Build and enhance microservices within a modern cloud-ready architecture.
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality backend functionality, with occasional front-end contributions.
• Work directly with users and customers to resolve issues and implement feature requests.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
• Perform code reviews and support automated testing initiatives.
• Contribute to a CI/CD culture focused on rapid, high-quality software delivery.

• Strong experience with Kotlin
  , or significant Java development experience with a desire to learn Kotlin.
• Experience in at least two of the following:
  • API Development
  • SQL & Database Technologies
  • HTML / Java Script
• Strong background designing and developing microservices
  .
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Jira
  , Confluence
  , Git Hub
  , or Bitbucket
  .
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
• High attention to detail and commitment to code quality.

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as:
  • AWS
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

You’ll be joining a team responsible for delivering multiple Kotlin and Java-based applications and proof-of-concepts that support software development governance and compliance.
