Everlast Gyms is seeking a highly motivated and fitness-oriented individual to join our team. Our passion for fitness is second to none, and we are looking for someone who shares this passion and is committed to providing excellent customer service.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Maximising every member and guest’s experience in our club.
• Supporting the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contributing to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
• Being a competent key holder of the club, covering shifts as needed.
• Having a good understanding of the membership software system.
• Staying up to date with current fitness challenges, class descriptions, and gym floor focus.
• Supporting the Fitness Manager with gym floor duties.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the facilities is always above expectation.
• Driving secondary spend KPI targets.
• Competently dealing with member complaints and ensuring relevant managers are informed.

Requirements include:

• An outgoing personality with a positive mindset.
• Competence in administrative duties.
• Driven and ambitious with a desire to learn and develop.
• Willingness to participate in learning and development opportunities.
• Passion for fitness, administration, and customer service.
• Flexibility to work shifts and take on additional duties as needed.
• Target-focused to support the club in achieving success.
