A fun, lively environment with your team you will inspire and help customers. A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential. Starting your career as a Lifeguard opens routes to management, sales, fitness or customer service. We offer ongoing training & competency assessments, first aid, swimming teacher qualifications and apprenticeship routes.

• Supervise customers and other lifeguards using our swimming and pool facilities.
• Act safely whilst holding responsibility for the Health and Safety of all pool users and oversee building operations.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail ensuring safety while customers use facilities.
• Deliver first class customer service and deal with customers in a friendly professional manner above and beyond.
• Maintain first class cleanliness and put this into action whenever required.

• A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential.
