Lifeguard

Overview

The successful Lifeguard will work within the Leisure team to ensure the pool and leisure areas operate safely and efficiently.

• Conduct regular checks of the pool and the changing areas.
• Be on the lookout for hazards or issues and ensure that these are dealt with.
• Observe swimmers and spectators.
• Check plant and carry out pool water tests regularly.
• Check and record all guest passes.
• Advise guests on current activity programmes.
• Record any accidents and administer first aid, as required.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• A current NPLQ is desirable, however not essential.
• A full UK driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to enable you to get to and from the resort.
• Right to live and work in the UK.

This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours) with variable hours across 5 days, including weekends and bank holidays.
