Orange theory Fitness is seeking high-energy, passionate Fitness Coaches to join our team in Brighton. You’ll lead dynamic group workouts that blend science-backed training and Orange theory’s proprietary methods, guiding up to 36 members with clear coaching and motivational energy.
Role requires current nationally accredited fitness certification and CPR/AED, plus the ability to adapt training for diverse fitness levels. Prior group fitness or personal training experience is preferred.
