Swimming Assistant

• Work alongside our experienced Lead Instructors to deliver fun, safe, and effective swimming lessons following the ASA National Plan and Duckling schemes^.
• Provide encouraging 1:1 support in the water for nervous beginners or pupils needing a little extra help with specific skills^.
• Help prepare the pool environment by setting up and clearing away teaching equipment^.
• Ensure a safe, supportive environment, acting as a confident communicator with staff, children, and parents^.Are you a strong, confident swimmer with a passion for helping children learn and build water confidence?, Denstone College is looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy Swim School Assistant to join our friendly aquatics team^. You do not need to be a fully qualified instructor to apply-if you bring the right proactive, can-do attitude, we will actively support and fund your journey toward achieving a formal Level 1 or Level 2 Swim Teacher Qualification.,

• Willing to consent to an enhanced DBS check^.This is a fantastic opportunity to take your first steps into sports coaching and education. You will be fully supported by our Swim School Co-ordinator and Swimming Pool Manager, gaining hands-on experience while working towards a recognised industry qualification in a fantastic school environment^.
