THE FIT FACTORY Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT Part-time PAY £13.50-£17.50 per hour BENEFITS Staff perks  development About the role The Fit Factory is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach to join our team. You will help create a friendly, energetic environment where members of all abilities feel welcome, supported and inspired to progress.

This varied role combines group fitness classes, one-to-one personal training and day-to-day member support . A boxing background would be an advantage, but it is not essential. Key responsibilities Deliver engaging, safe and professional group fitness classes. Provide one-to-one personal training and fitness coaching. Motivate and support members across a range of abilities and fitness levels. Help members improve exercise technique, follow training plans and work towards their goals.

Build positive relationships and contribute to a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere. Assist with the general running of the gym when required. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and professionalism. Help promote The Fit Factory and the services we offer. Essential requirements A recognised Level 2 Fitness Instructor and/or Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (or equivalent). Confidence and competence in delivering group fitness classes.

A friendly, approachable and professional manner. Reliability and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A genuine passion for health, fitness and helping people achieve results. Strong communication and people skills. DESIRABLE Boxing experience or a boxing/coaching background would be an advantage, but is not essential. What we offer £13.50-£17.50 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities.
