We're looking for passionate and motivated Personal Trainers to join our team, build their own client base and become an active part of the SMARTT Gym community.
The SMARTT PT ModelWe're doing things differently from the traditional gym PT model.
There is no PT rent at SMARTT Gym, instead:
- We ask our Personal Trainers to contribute to the gym community by coaching 3 classes per week (Times and dates to be discussed)
- Personal Trainers must have our
Silver Smartt Gym Membership - All PT Clients must own an active Smartt Gym Membership
- No PT rent
- The freedom to build and manage your own PT client base and chose your schedule

- Opportunities to build relationships with members and generate new PT leads
- The opportunity to coach group classes and develop your coaching skills

To become a Personal Trainer at SMARTT Gym, you must:
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Personal Training qualification
- Hold a current First Aid qualification
- Hold a valid public liability insurance policy suitable for working as a Personal Trainer
- Be able to provide evidence of your qualifications and insurance
- Hold an active SMARTT Silver Membership
- Be willing and able to coach 3 SMARTT Gym classes per week
- Ensure all your personal training clients hold an active SMARTT Gym membership
We're particularly interested in coaches who want to build something of their own while still being part of a team.
