📍 Monday - Friday | ⏰ 40 hours per week

We're looking for an organised and proactive Transport Planner to join our dynamic team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, this could be the perfect role for you.

• 📦 Planning all customer shipments within agreed SLA time frames
• 🚚 Managing core fleet resource planning across all sites using TMS and optimisation software
• 🤝 Coordinating subcontractors and allocating work through TMS, ensuring correct cost allocation
• 📞 Representing the Planning Team in daily Operations calls
• 📢 Providing accurate and timely updates to Customer Services, especially for 'at risk' or failed loads
• 🗂️ Ensuring all collections are planned and updated accordingly
• ⚡ Proactively planning urgent orders and communicating delivery dates to customers
• 🔄 Managing date changes and failed orders, ensuring they are re-dated and re-planned ASAP
• 📊 Allocating core fleet efficiently to exceed daily utilisation targets
• 🚨 Escalating any non-conformance to the daily plan to the Supervisor immediately

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Experience in transport planning or logistics (desirable)
