Forklift​/Ride- Pallett Truck Driver

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift / Ride-On Pallet Truck Driver to join our warehouse operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods, supporting daily warehouse activities, and ensuring high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

• Shift Pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off
• Shift Times: 6:45am start or 9:00am start
• Shifts rotate on a weekly basis
• Overtime:
  Opportunity for a 6th day of overtime during peak and holiday periods
• Weekends:
  Role will include weekend working as part of the rota

• Operating forklift trucks and ride-on pallet trucks safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving, stacking, and organising stock within the warehouse
• Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
• Conducting daily equipment checks and reporting any defects
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

• Valid forklift and/or ride-on pallet truck licence (preferred), internal training and licence opportunities
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience desirable
• Good attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends
