7.5T Driver

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional 7.5T Driver to join our client's team based in Bishops Stortford, CM23.

The rate of pay is £30,000 per annum plus bonus.

This is a full‑time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are: 7am to 4:30pm.

As a 7.5T Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and safe deliveries to our customers, while representing our company to a high standard.

• Driving a 7.5-tonne or 5-tonne vehicle to deliver goods across regional routes
• Loading and unloading goods safely
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and in full
• Completing delivery paperwork and using handheld scanners
• Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Maintaining compliance with health & safety and driving regulations
• Providing excellent customer service on delivery

• Valid UK Category C1 (7.5T) driving licence
• Driver CPC qualification and Digi Tacho card
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN convictions)
• Physically fit – some manual handling will be required
• Good communication and time management skills
• Previous 7.5T driving experience essential
• Knowledge of the local area
