Fleet Maintenance Manager
About the role
Location: Aylesford RDC
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:00-16:00
As an Administration Assistant, you will support the John Lewis Partnership’s Commercial Vehicle Fleet (vans and trucks) to achieve the Central Transport maintenance strategy. You will ensure parts stock available and levels are maintained, as well as ensuring the timely booking on in-house and 3rd party fleet maintenance and repair. You will update the Fleet Maintenance system with all relevant information, ensuring excellent communication at all stages.
Essentialskills you’ll need
- Good communication and Customer Service skills
- Intermediate level IT skills
- Good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Advanced Excel skills and JAAMA system
- Commercial fleet administration experience
- Parts management
- Experience of Fleet management systems
- Contractor handling
