Logistics Co-ordinator

SF Partners are supporting a Wolverhampton (WV10) based business in recruiting a Logistics Co-ordinator on an initial 3 month basis but for potentially longer.

Working pattern: site based full time
Pay rate: £14-£16 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate regional shipments.
Manage high-volume order movements and ensure on-time delivery.
Process logistics transactions and maintain accurate records within SAP.
Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams.
Prepare and review export documentation.
Monitor shipments and resolve any delivery or customs-related issues.
Ensure compliance with customs, transport, and company procedures.
Support bonded warehouse operations where required.

Requirements
Essential

Recent working knowledge of SAP.

Experience with in a busy logistics, supply chain, or export environment.
Strong understanding of Incoterms (INCO Terms).
Experience coordinating high-volume regional order movements.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
