Yard & Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Yard & Warehouse Operative to join our friendly High Wycombe branch. This is a full‑time, permanent role.

You will receive full training and must have a forklift licence or at least some forklift experience.

• Serve customers promptly and efficiently with correct materials.
• Receive and check off deliveries, highlight anomalies, and ensure correct and timely storage of goods in line with Health & Safety Guidelines.
• Assist with picking and loading orders.
• Ensure stock is clearly identifiable and highlight low stock levels to branch management.
• Use and maintain forklifts appropriately in line with Health & Safety Guidelines.
• Work and communicate as a team member to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively within company procedures.
• Keep the yard and warehouse clean and tidy at all times in line with company Health & Safety Guidelines.
• Participate in training to develop knowledge of products and elements necessary for success in the business.

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Basic math and literacy skills.
• Forklift licence or some forklift experience.
• Teamwork abilities.

Hours are 7:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 7:30 am to 10:30 am. All Warehouse & Yard Operative applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK and documented evidence will be required as part of the recruitment process.
