Logistics done differently. Are you an HGV driver looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for driving and training? We are looking for a driver trainer to join us on our Kingspan contract at pembridge working Monday to Friday on days, although a degree of flexibility may be required as over over night stays may be required and travelling to other sites.

Pay, benefits and more. Your time will be split between making deliveries to customers and supporting our Operational Trainer to ensure that the contracts training requirements are met. This includes conducting driving assessments, inductions, training of new starters and retraining of current employees. Deliver training to new employees and agency staff using company-approved documentation

Conduct driving assessments Facilitate Driver CPC courses Deliver inductions for new employees Provide refresher and skills update training for permanent employees as required Prepare, review and update training documentation Ensure all training is delivered in line with company standards Liaise with line managers regarding training plans, candidate progress and results Assist in planning training sessions and communicating these to relevant stakeholders Maintain accurate training records electronically and securely file written records Demonstrate flexibility with working hours and work patterns What you need to succeed at XPO:
Have a full UK driving licence (with CE entitlement) with at least 6 months of HGV driving experience. Have no more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements. Hold a valid CPC and Digital Tacho card. Excellent knowledge of the UK road network and HGV operations. A positive attitude to work and safety.
