Job Summary
As a Yard Operative you will be required to load and unload deliveries and pick and pack customer orders while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of yard activities.
Responsibilities- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Picking and packing orders
- Dealing with customers
- Supporting the Yard Manager
- Stocktaking
- Forklift operation
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment within the yard
The above list is not exhaustive and you may be required to take on other duties and responsibilities for the effective and efficient performance of your role.
The Person Must- Enjoy operating good equipment in a safe environment
- Be enthusiastic
- Have good customer skills
- Be able to work in a very busy environment
- Forklift operation preferable
