South Western Railway (SWR) is seeking a capable Resourcing Controller to manage real-time traincrew staffing, optimise service delivery and lead the DRM team during normal and disrupted operations. You will liaise with the AOC, DRM locations and service delivery, ensuring contingency plans are executed effectively.
Role requires strategic decision-making under pressure, robust communication skills, and a proactive approach to rostering and incident reviews.
