Join the team that keeps the UK moving. Royal Mail is on the lookout for skilled, safety driven HGV Class 1 (CE) drivers to support nationwide trunking, Depot to Depot operations. If you take pride in clean, professional driving, this is your chance to secure consistent, high quality work with a trusted national brand for the remainder of 2026.
Key Responsibilities- Transport mail between national sites
- Complete vehicle checks and uphold top tier safety
- Follow scheduled routes with precision
- Represent Royal Mail with professionalism on every run
- Valid HGV Class 1 / CE licence (held for 1 year)
- A valid and in date CPC Digital Tachograph card
- 180 days of Class 1 driving experience in the last 1 year
- Max 6 points on your licence
- Able to pass vetting & DBS checks
- Excellent pay: £22.20- £25.32 p/h (shift dependent)
- Guaranteed minimum daily hours
- Weekly pay, holiday accrual & pension (PAYE)
- Option to secure preferred shifts after assessment
- Onsite parking & canteen facilities are available in most Depots
- Support from the onsite Pertemps team
