Class 1 Casual Tramper

• Carry out Tramper driving work across the UK, collecting and delivering from all our major customer sites, using a curtain side trailer.
• Ensure goods are loaded and secured correctly to prevent shifting or damage. Use straps, nets, and other securing devices as needed.
• Use your company-issued phone to carry out thorough daily vehicle safety inspections, helping us maintain the highest standards of road safety and reliability.
• Stay in regular contact with our transport team, providing updates on your progress to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Take part in regular training sessions to keep your skills sharp and stay up to date with the latest industry standards and best practices.

• Hold a valid UK HGV Class 1 CE Licence, ready to drive with confidence and skill.
• Possess a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card, ensuring you're always compliant and prepared.
• Bring your enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service, making every interaction memorable.
• Excel at meeting deadlines, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively.
• Be a confident, courteous, and cooperative team player, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
• Have excellent geographical knowledge, navigating routes with ease and precision.

• Competitive Salary:
  Hourly rate of £16.09ph. This includes holiday pay. PLUS you will receive £2.75 premium per hour for working Saturdays and Sundays. PLUS for all hours worked between 21:00hrs and 04:00hrs, you will receive an additional £2.75 per hour.
