HGV Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Drivers
Colchester | Kinaxia Logistics
Kinaxia Logistics is looking for HGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers to join our team based in Colchester. If you enjoy being on the road, working independently, and being part of a supportive and professional team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Role Details
Tramping Role
Monday to Saturday
Basic salary £39,195 per annum
Average earnings £55,531.60 per annum
£16.75 per hour basic
£26.20 paid per night out
Overtime rate £20.94 per hour (Calculated after 45hrs)
Newly Qualified Drivers Accepted – Full one to one training will be issued to all newly qualified drivers to obtain experience.

Your Role
As a Tramper Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring goods are transported safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out daily vehicle checks to ensure your vehicle is safe and roadworthy
Arriving on time and keeping the traffic office informed of any issues
Following company procedures, customer requirements and the Highway Code
Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
Completing deliveries and collections as scheduled
Complying with EU tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations
Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy and well maintained
✅ What We’re Looking For
A valid LGV C+E (Class
1) licence
Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
A valid digital tachograph card
Good communication skills
A reliable, professional and positive approach
