Warehouse Picker – Chatteris

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Picker for one of the largest providers of plants to major supermarket chains throughout the UK. Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Pickers to work in Chatteris
. From 04th March until 14th March – free transport is available from Peterborough.

• Day shift: £13.26 per hour. Overtime after 48 hours at £16.58 per hour.
• 4 on, 3 off, 3 on 4 off shift pattern with additional overtime days offered.
• Line Supply Pickers – 7 am – 6:30 pm
• Dispatch Pickers – 8 am – 6:30 pm

• Working in a chilled environment (approximately 3 °C)
• Supplying production lines with plants and required packaging materials
• Allocating stock to stock locations
• Moving and transferring stock to other departments and re-allocating finished goods
• Undertaking additional tasks and providing support to other areas as needed, in line with your training

This role will include the use of handheld scanning equipment. You will need to be happy with chilled environments and working on your feet for 12 hours per day. Some manual handling may be required for weights up to 20 kg.

• Communicate and understand basic English
• Hard‑working and detail‑oriented with a focus on minimizing mistakes
• Experience in a similar role as a Picker/Warehouse Operative is desirable, but not essential (full training provided)

Please note:

Before starting your shift at the Chatteris site, you will be required to complete 1–2 days of training at the Alconbury site.
