06:00 - 15:00 and 13:00 to 22:00 (rotating shifts, one week day shift, the next week back shift)

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities. This hands‑on position is essential to maintaining our high standards of service, handling goods efficiently, and supporting our day‑to‑day distribution processes. • Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming stock and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet trucks (training provided if necessary).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory management to ensure stock accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to meet operational targets.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the Warehouse Manager promptly.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions carefully.
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle manual tasks including lifting and moving stock safely.
• Flexibility to work shifts as required, including early mornings or late evenings.
