Flexi​/Bendi Driver in Kimbolton

Impact Recruitment are currently working with a growing packaging business based in Kimbolton who have recently expanded into a new warehouse facility. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Flexi / Bendi Driver to support warehouse operations, stock control, and goods movement within the business.

Location:

Kimbolton

Hours:

37.5 hours per week (typically 08:00 - 16:00 with flexibility available)

Salary:
Circa £31,500 per annum (Negotiable DOE)

Contract:

Permanent

Duties:

* Operate Flexi / Bendi trucks safely within the warehouse environment

* Load and unload deliveries efficiently

* Move and store products accurately within warehouse locations

* Support stock control and inventory accuracy using internal CRM systems

* Carry out goods-in and stock logging processes

* Handle products manually when required

* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

* Manage workload independently and prioritise tasks effectively

The ideal candidate must:

* Hold a valid Flexi / Bendi forklift licence

* Have previous warehouse or logistics experience

* Be confident handling products manually as part of daily duties

* Have good IT skills and be comfortable using warehouse or CRM systems

* Be organised and capable of managing workload independently

* Have strong attention to detail and good stock accuracy awareness

* Be reliable, proactive, and able to work within a fast-paced environment
