Warehouse Operative Reydon
Temp to Perm Opportunity
Hales Group are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our client s growing and well-established team based in Reydon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their experience within a warehouse environment and secure a long-term role within a stable and supportive business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Unloading containers and handling incoming goods
- Operating scanning equipment to locate and identify stock
- Assisting with stock control, including data entry and stock checks
- Manual handling and heavy lifting of goods
- Assembly, rework, and preparation of products
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Flexi forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills for stock input and record keeping
- Reliable, adaptable, and flexible approach to work
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic
- Looking for a long-term opportunity
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9:00am 5:00pm)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: £13.00 per hour (Overtime paid at 1.5)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
