Warehouse Administrator (Newbridge) Temp to Perm Role

Shift Pattern: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off

Our client is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join their logistics team. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, seamless documentation, and clear communication across the supply chain.

• Inventory & Data:
  Maintain WMS records, track stock movement, and generate performance reports.
• Documentation:
  Process delivery notes and invoices with high accuracy.
• Coordination:
  Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and customers to schedule collections and deliveries.
• Order Support:
  Verify and process orders for dispatch, ensuring all statuses are updated.
• Compliance:
  Support Health & Safety standards and maintain audit-ready records.

• Skills:
  
  Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse software (e.g., SAP, Oracle); strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience:
  
  Previous admin or warehouse experience is preferred, but a keen eye for detail and strong IT skills are essential.
• Communication:
  Ability to work effectively with both office staff and warehouse teams.
