Warehouse Operative – Supply Chain Team

Location:

Newtown, Powys.

• Receipting, issuing and returning stock.
• Identifying when materials need replenishing.
• Conducting regular cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Delivering goods to various sites throughout the ST/HD network.
• Collaborating with Team Leaders to improve materials management and lead times.
• Raising discrepancies regarding deliveries, damaged goods, and quality control concerns with suppliers.
• Covering and working in other regions in line with business needs; a valid driving licence is required.

• Experience in a manual, physical role, preferably in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
• Good IT skills; experience updating SAP and Microsoft Excel on a daily basis.
• Health and safety conscious mindset, with a focus on safety for self and colleagues.
• High standards, customer-oriented attitude, and problem-solving abilities.
• Forklift licence (Reach & Counterbalance) is a bonus but training can be provided.
