Warehouse Operative W/ Forklift

Salary: £13.25 - £14.90 per hour

Location:
Bletchley, Milton Keynes

Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to begin work for a leading business in Milton Keynes. Due to rapid company expansion and an ever-growing order book, we are hoping to recruit at least one additional Warehouse Operative to help maintain quality and accuracy of the site’s function during this new influx of work.

• Booking in of goods and materials
• Appropriately storing stock
• Picking and packing orders
• Document control – update and maintain all inbound and outbound records
• Forklift driving – loading & unloading of deliveries
• Participate in cycle counts and manage stock queries
• Identify stock that is in the wrong location and elevate as required to ensure stock levels are controlled throughout the operation

• Valid counterbalance license and reach truck licences
• Willingness to do manual warehouse related work (70% manual / 30% forklift)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Positive attitude
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work as a member of a small team
• Able to start work ASAP

  Day shift 08:00‑16:30 Monday to Friday
