Warehouse Operative; Stock Picker - Nutts Corner

From our Head Office to the shop floor and everywhere in between our primary goal is to create and deliver a fantastic customer journey for everyone who shops  Warehouse Operative role will involve varied picking duties across all product categories, supported by a structured onboarding plan and competitive hourly rate.

Flexible contracts available for 10, 20, 30, or 35 hours per week. Based on a 35‑hour work week, the minimum potential earnings are £465+ per month. Weekend work is an option and shift patterns can be tailored to fit your availability.

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 16:00
• Full day shift: 09:00 – 18:00
• Drop‑off shift: 09:30 – 14:30
• Night shift: 22:00 – 07:00

• Move and pick all food types and non‑food products
• Ensure stock is packed and transported according to the highest standards
• Work in both ambient and temperature‑controlled environments
• Pear selection duties: pick goods onto pallets to meet store needs
• Use a voice‑operated headset to gather picking instructions
• Aim to meet structured performance targets each day

• Comfortable with manual handling equipment, such as an order picker forklift
• Flexible can‑do attitude
• Preferably, experience within a warehouse environment
• Good team player
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
