Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative Job&Talent are recruiting for experienced warehouse operatives in Indurent Park, Gloucester. Our client is ramping up for new business opportunities and is looking for core team members to join the operation.

As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:

• Ability to work in a rapidly changing, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team in a physically demanding environment.
• A "can do", right‑first‑time and passionate approach.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern.
• Safety shoes required.
• Commitment to a minimum of 5 days a week.

Salary:
Starting at £13.46 basic rate per hour. Positions available for a minimum 5 days a week.

Indurent Park, Gloucester, GL10 3EZ

Hours of work:
Sunday

• Accurately receive, pick, assemble and load customer orders within depot accuracy and speed targets.
• Contribute towards a clean and safe working environment, demonstrating concern to ensure that personal actions do not compromise the health and safety of self and/or colleagues at all times.
• Handle customer stock with care and consideration to minimise damages and maximise customer service.
• Adhere to instructions and guidelines regarding manual handling, the use of mechanical handling equipment, including pre‑operational checks, reporting of defects, and the safe use and operation of all equipment.
• Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, stacking stock onto and off pallets in a safe and stable manner ready for transit.
