Location: Coalhill
Key Responsibilities
- Reading and marking picking lists
- Frequent use of a counterbalance forklift
- Locating stock using location codes
- Warehouse maintenance (ensuring clear stock locations and a tidy warehouse)
- Replenishing Stock (using a pump truck)
- Regularly picking and carrying heavy products (up to 25kg)
- Labelling products
- Packing and palletising various jobs ready for dispatch
- Communicating with other departments
- Identifying location errors
- Stripping pallets
- Unloading containers
- Other ad‑hoc warehouse duties
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence (not in house)
- Full driver's licence & own vehicle (due to location)
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Prioritisation of workload
- Access to mobile phone applications for time keeping
- Must be able to routinely lift boxes up to 25kg
- Must be comfortable using a ladder
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Must be a trustworthy, reliable, team player
Monday - Friday / 08:00 - 17:00
Pay rate£13.40/h
Desirable Knowledge & SkillsPrevious Picker/Packer experience
