Pay Rate: £30,385

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday - Friday. Days/Afters Rotating 06:00-14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00

Location: Doncaster, DN11 9HE

We're looking for a Stock & Admin Controller to play a key role in driving stock performance, supporting operational teams, and ensuring inventory remains accurate, visible, and well controlled throughout the supply chain.

• Leading stock control activities to maintain high levels of stock accuracy and integrity
• Managing stock counts, reconciliations, and investigations into stock discrepancies
• Monitoring stock performance and identifying opportunities to improve processes and controls
• Supporting and developing Stock & Admin Clerks while providing guidance to operational teams
• Producing reports and communicating stock issues, availability risks, and corrective actions

• Have experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations
• Are confident working with warehouse management systems and stock reporting tools
• Have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes, stock accuracy, and operational performance
• Have experience leading or supporting small teams, helping to drive high standards and achieve results
